SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing:

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your product, all items are handmade to order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:  Royal Mail Tracked 48h  (2 business days): £3.95 tracked to UK addresses.

  • We are not yet shipping internationally.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Returns Policy

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalised items.

  • Items marked as final sale.

 

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at emily@houndmadeuk.com to initiate a return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write the return authorisation number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
