Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your product, all items are handmade to order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48h (2 business days): £3.95 tracked to UK addresses.

We are not yet shipping internationally.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalised items.

Items marked as final sale.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at emily@houndmadeuk.com to initiate a return.

Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back.

Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write the return authorisation number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error with your order.
Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
